温变油墨、热敏油墨和感温变色油墨
温变油墨是一种能随温度变化而发生颜色变化的油墨，分为可逆消色、可逆显色、可逆变色，记忆型、区间显色、不可逆显色、不可逆变色七大系列。
·可逆温变消色：温变油墨经加温后颜色退去变成无色，冷却后立即恢复到原有颜色；
·可逆温变显色：在常温下显示无色，经加温后变成另一种颜色，冷却后又恢复原来的无色；
·可逆温变转色：油墨在常温下显示颜色，加温后变成另一种颜色，冷却后复原；
·不可逆温变油墨：加温后从无色或从某种特定颜色转变成另外一种颜色，冷却后其颜色也不再消失。

| 注意事项 |
1、可逆型可做水性和油性丝印油墨及部分颜色可做胶印柔版；不可逆型只能做水性丝印油墨。
2、所有丝印类型油墨建议用200目丝网印刷；
3、胶印温变油墨一般不用添加助剂，如太稠可加胶印调墨油，要提高干燥速度可添加0.5-1%的红燥油和白燥油；丝印按干燥要求使用719快干、783慢干等溶剂；凹印用丁酯、乙酯、异丙醇、二甲苯等溶剂；水性丝印温变油墨以水作为溶剂。 |
(1). Irreversible temperature sensitive ink
Irreversible temperature sensitive ink includes coloration ink and discoloration ink. Irreversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is colorless in appearance but shows colors after being heated and can’t restore colorless once again after cooling off. The original color of Irreversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink can be changed into another one and it can’t restore its original colors after being cooled once again.
(2). Reversible temperature sensitive ink
Reversible temperature sensitive ink includes three kinds: coloration, fading and discoloration ones. Reversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is colorless in appearance but shows colors after being heated and can restore colorless after being cooled. The original color of reversible fading temperature sensitive ink disappears after being heated and it can restore its original color after being cooled. The original color of reversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink can be changed into another one and it can restore its original color after being cooled. |
